EFT Membership Terms


  • EFT dues can only be paid through a valid credit card or debit card.

  • You must have a valid phone number and e-mail address on file with BRC.

  • You will be billed on the 10th of every month.

  • Any changes to your account must be made 2 days prior to the 10th of each month.

  • You may place an EFT on hold for $10/month. There is no reactivation fee for memberships on hold, and your previous monthly rate is retained.

  • There is no cancellation fee. You may cancel any time.

  • Any missed payments or declined cards will result in a $5 service charge. We will attempt to charge the account again within 10 days.

  • Cancellations may be done at the gym via the computer terminals, or by using our online form: www.baysiderock.com.au/members

Annual Membership Terms

  • Membership will expire 12 months after start date if not frozen or extended.
  • Family memberships only valid if living at the same address and all charged to the same card or in the same cash transaction. 
  • You must have a valid phone number and e-mail address on file with BRC.
  • You may place a membership on hold (freeze) for $10/month. There is no reactivation fee for memberships on hold.
  • Freezes may be done at the gym via the computer terminals, or by using our online form: www.baysiderock.com.au/members

1 Month Pre Paid Terms

  • Pre paid memberships last for 1 month from start date.
  • Monthly memberships can not be transferred or sold.
  • Family memberships only valid if living at the same address and all charged to the same card or in the same cash transaction.
  • You must have a valid phone number and e-mail address on file with BRC.
  • Monthly memberships can not be frozen.
  • Personal details can be updated at the gym via the computer terminals, or by using our online form: www.baysiderock.com.au/members

10 Visit Pass Conditions

  • 10 visit passes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • If purchasing Student passes then a valid student card must be presented and linked to your account on your first visit.
  • Passes may be shared with friends or family but you will either need to be there in person or link them to your account if you are to be absent.
  • Student passes can only be shared with other students.
  • Unused passes can not be sold or redeemed for cash.
  • Passes do not include gear hire.
  • Need to extend the expiry date due to injury or travel? Send us a polite email before the expiry date and we will see what we can do :)
